Zombies at Work

Friday at work, whilst visiting a colleague in her office, I happened to glance out the window. To my dismay I spotted a single macabre hand coming very slowly up out of the frozen ground.

It would seem our agency may have built it's new buildings on an ancient burial ground.

Since the ground is still frozen and so far only one zombie is emerging, we figure we have a little time before they get in and start chewing off our faces.

Whatever. It might be a better fate than a 5-day work week.

LMAO! Half frozen zombies coming out of the ground certainly makes the work week less horrifying! What does that say for the work week WITHOUT the zombies? :o)

You'll have to have the glove tested to determine whether or not it's of ancient origin. This will also give you a clue as to the age of the forgotten graveyard.

Do it while you have time--i.e., before the zombies thaw out and start dining.

The hand itself, I would leave alone. Just go with the glove, as it's bound to be in better shape than the hand.

Plus, it's less likely to grab you.

(I think I'm losing my mind....)

Oops--I swiped your "while there's still time" idea.

Sorry!

Lee, Lee, Lee!

So glad to hear from you.

We had a big snow storm here. I expect that it has covered the emergence.

When the snow melts I hope there aren’t more hands coming up!

Thank you for your sound advice about glove testing.

Certainly!

We're getting snow, too, though nothing like yours. Just enough to create black ice on the roads....

And, so, I included "Let It Snow" in my Easter Sunday playlist.
